1. Returns
We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Non-returnable items: For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:
- Lingerie, intimates, and swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been broken).
- Sale or clearance items.
- Custom or personalized products.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team via email at info@naginalingerie.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the item securely, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.
- Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved for return:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note that:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return does not meet the criteria (e.g., the item has been used, damaged, or the packaging is missing), we reserve the right to deny the refund or return request.
4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Late or Missing Refunds
